Sleep and waking

Your workspace goes to sleep when nobody is using it, to keep costs down. Your work is saved first, and your published sites stay up the whole time.

When it sleeps

• After about 30 minutes without activity, it asks Still there?; if nobody answers, it sleeps a couple of minutes later.
• About 10 minutes after you close its browser tab.
• While Optio is working on a reply, the workspace stays awake for up to two hours.

Waking it

Open your workspace address, or press Wake it up on the page that says it is asleep. It takes about 10 to 20 seconds, and you land where you left off.
