The pricing page has the current allowances and what each plan includes. Enterprise isn’t something you can buy yet; contact us about it.
The free trial lasts 10 days, includes everything in Pro, and becomes Standard when it ends unless you cancel.
Ink
Ink pays for Optio’s work. Your plan adds its allowance on the 1st of every month. Ink you don’t use carries over, up to a limit, so a quiet month leaves you more for a busy one.
You can buy more ink in Settings → Plan & account with Buy ink, at $15 a dram. Ink you buy never expires.
If ink runs out, Optio stops taking new work until you add ink or the month refills it. Your published sites are not affected.
Moving to Pro
In Settings → Plan & account, choose Upgrade to Pro. You pay the difference for the rest of the month on your next bill.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe.
If a payment fails, Stripe tries again over the next two weeks. Your workspace keeps working while it does, and for a week after. If the bill still isn’t paid, the account is put on hold: your workspace won’t open and shows a page saying so. Nothing is deleted, and paying brings everything back as it was.
