Curae and Notae
Curae: tasks
Curae is your account’s task board. Tasks are shared with everyone on the account unless
you mark one private. Add a task with a name and, if it helps, the context: what done looks
like, links, anything Optio or a colleague needs. Every task gets a number, and you can
find it by searching for # and the number.
You can also ask Optio: “Make a task to update the price list”, or “What tasks are open?”
Tasks move through a workflow, chosen in Settings → Curae:
- Simple: open, then done.
- Flow: triage, backlog, pending, active, review, done, for teams that want to see where each piece of work stands.
Changing the workflow doesn’t rewrite the tasks you already have. Each task can also be marked urgent or low priority.
Notae: notes
Notae holds your notes: ideas, plans, drafts, anything you want to keep. Notes are never published. You can tag them, and hand a note to Optio to work from. A deleted note can be recovered.
