Closing your account

How to close it

On Standard, go to Settings → Plan & account, choose Close this account, type your account’s address to confirm, and press Close account. On Pro, close it from the account console. Closing the account closes it for everyone on it.

What happens

1. Your subscription runs to the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and isn’t renewed. You aren’t charged again.
2. When the account closes, the workspaces on it stop opening. Your published sites stay up.
3. 30 days later, at the earliest, the workspaces are removed and the published sites go offline. Your content is still kept.
4. 90 days after closing, at the earliest, your content is erased for good and your workspace address becomes free for someone else. The record of the account and its billing history is kept.

Until your content is erased, it can be brought back. Email support@tabulakit.com to reopen the account.

If you want something kept, such as a file or a page, take a copy before you close.
