Files

Chartae holds your files: logos, photos, documents, spreadsheets. They are available everywhere in your workspace and to Optio, so you can say “use the logo in Chartae” or “turn the price list spreadsheet into a page”.

• A file can be up to 50 MB.
• Large photos are scaled down to 2560 pixels on their longest side when uploaded.
• A file in Chartae isn’t on your published site until it is put on the site. Ask Optio to add it to the page you want it on.

Optio can read and work with spreadsheets (including Excel), Word documents and PDFs.
