Do I need to know how to code?

No. You tell Optio what you want and it builds it. If you do write code, it’s all there for you, but nobody has to.

Is my content private?

Only people you give access to can see your projects. Optio runs inside TabulaKit’s own cloud account; your content isn’t kept by the AI provider and isn’t used to train AI models. The privacy policy has the details.

Does my site go down when my workspace sleeps?

No. Published sites are served on their own and stay up while your workspace sleeps, and while you are out of ink.

Can I have more than one site?

Yes. Each project is its own site with its own address.

Can I use my own domain?

Not on Standard or Pro. Sites are published at <project>--<account>.tabkit.live.

Do the people I add get an email?

No. Send them the address yourself. They sign in with their own email, using Google or a code we send them.

Why can’t Optio take new work?

Your inkwell is probably empty. Add ink in Settings → Plan & account, or wait for the monthly refill on the 1st. See Plans, ink and billing.

My workspace won’t open. Is it me or you?

Check the service status. If everything there says operational, ask in the support Discord or email support@tabulakit.com.

Where is TabulaKit available?

In the United States. You must be at least 13 to use it.
